Areas We Cover
Five areas. Engage on one or all five.
Whether you're building your own credibility, staying ahead of a fast-moving field, or need hands-on help solving a performance problem, this is where you start.
01
L&D Strategy
Aligning learning initiatives to business goals and prioritizing where L&D actually moves the needle so your roadmap reflects what the business needs this year, not what's easiest to build.
- L&D roadmap
- Business case development
- Prioritization frameworks
- Stakeholder alignment
02
L&D Capability & Team Design
Designing L&D organization models, team workflows, and operational foundations so your learning function scales efficiently.
- Team design (LearningOps)
- Capacity planning
- Workflow optimization
- Governance & execution
03
Learning Technology
LMS and LXP selection, authoring tool stacks, and the infrastructure decisions behind them evaluated against how your teams actually work, not vendor demos.
- LMS / LXP selection
- Authoring tool selection
- Integrations & CaaS
- Vendor evaluation
04
Content Development
Course design and build - from outline to finished, deployable asset - when your team needs extra hands, specialized expertise, or a faster timeline than internal capacity allows.
- Course design
- Rapid & custom authoring
- Multimedia, 3D, & branching scenarios
- Accessibility
05
Analytics & Evaluation
Build a data pipeline that reports on what's important to create value and produce data that holds up in the next budget conversation.
- KPI Selection
- Kirkpatrick & Phillips ROI
- Data Architecture & Engineering
- Dashboarding & Reporting
How We Engage
A straightforward process, scoped to fit
Whether it's a two-week assessment or a multi-quarter partnership, every engagement runs through the same four stages.
01 - Diagnose
Confirm the gap
Needs assessment and root-cause analysis to confirm whether the issue is a skill, process, or tooling.
02 - Design
Scope the solution
Solution architecture from a single course to a full learning ecosystem, scoped against your actual KPIs.
03 - Deploy
Get it adopted
Project management, stakeholder alignment, and change management so the organization actually uses it.
04 - Evaluation
Show the result
Kirkpatrick-based evaluation, up through ROI, so the results are defensible in the next budget conversation.

Is This a Fit
Who we work best with
Good fit
- You suspect you aren't getting the results you want from your training or can't prove it.
- You need outside expertise on a specific initiative like a new LMS, a program redesign, an evaluation framework, or are starting from scratch.
- Your internal team needs extra capacity, not a replacement.
- You need to show leadership that a learning investment actually worked.
Not the right fit yet
- You 're looking for a single individual professional certification. That's the PLDID program.
- There's no internal stakeholder available to work with us during the engagement.
- You're building a platform from scratch. We don't do platform engineering.

FAQ
Before you reach out
Q: Do you only take on full program overhauls?
A: No. Engagements range from a single pilot project to multi-quarter partnerships. We size the engagement to the problem, not the other way around.
Q: What if we're not sure training is the right solution?
A: That's exactly what the diagnose stage is for. We start with a performance analysis and a cause analysis before recommending anything, including telling you if training isn't the answer.
Q: Can you work alongside our L&D team instead of replacing them?
A: Yes, most engagements are designed to add capacity or specialized expertise alongside your existing team, not replace it.
Q: Do you help choose or implement an LMS or LXP?
A: Yes, that falls under Learning Technology, from vendor evaluation through selection and integration planning.
Q: How is this different from the PLDID certificate?
A: The PLDID certifies an individual's instructional design skills. Consulting is engagement based work we do directly with your organization on a specific problem.
